Yes. Any lost property found during the day will be taken to the Security Office on the Atrium to the left of Hall 6 main entrance. Once the show has closed, all lost property is moved to the Piazza Security Office at the top of the stairs next to Hall 1.

We want to ensure that everyone who attends the show has a great time, so if you or one of your party has any special requirements, please contact us and we will try and accommodate.
Only trained and registered assistance dogs are permitted in the venue – this includes front of house catering areas and in event seating.
Please be aware that the nature of some live experiences within the event may be loud. In addition, please note that it is not permitted for dogs to be left in vehicles in the car parks.
Children 18 and under can attend the event when accompanied by an adult.
This must be booked at the time of ticket purchasing. A maximum of two children can attend the event per adult.
